Thomas E. Wrocklage II is Of Counsel to the firm and advises business clients across the United States on state and local taxation, including income and franchise taxes, sales and use taxes, gross receipts taxes and unclaimed property.

His practice includes audit defense, administrative and judicial tax disputes, uncertain tax positions, planning and tax policy. He also advises on the state and local tax consequences of acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and business restructurings.
